A two-year-old Zanesville boy was in critical condition at Nationwide Children's Hospital yesterday.
Paramedics found the child unconscious last week inside a Race Street home.
His name has not been released.
Officials said a search of the home revealed some drug paraphernalia.
The boy and two siblings are in protective custody with the Department of Job and Family Services.
Zanesville police are investigating.
