Police say two men charged with involuntary manslaughter caused a fatal traffic crash by wrapping cellophane around a stop sign at an intersection in central Ohio.
Plus, a Michigan man and woman are facing felony drug charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers say they seized 459 oxycodone pills, with a street value of more than $13,770 during a traffic stop in Scioto County.
