Police say two men charged with involuntary manslaughter caused a fatal traffic crash by wrapping cellophane around a stop sign at an intersection in central Ohio.

Pickaway County Sheriff Dwight Radcliff says Seth Stonerock, 19, of Stoutsville and Derek Greenlee, 18, of Circleville are to be arraigned in Circleville Municipal Court Thursday.

Police say an 85-year-old woman was killed Aug. 17 when the car she was in ran the stop sign and collided with a vehicle crossing the intersection.

The sheriff's office says Stonerock is being held on a $25,000 bond at the county jail, and Greenlee is expected to turn himself in at the court hearing. They also have been charged with tampering with a traffic control device.
