Tests are being done to determine if charges will be filed against a Marietta man who may have been selling synthetic marijuana.
Deputies say they searched the man's house yesterday after getting information that several children had passed out or vomited after consuming the illegal substance.
Officers say they seized 15 pounds of green vegetation that the man said was Damiana leaf.
They also took 32 grams of an unknown white powder and more than $5,000 in cash.
Agents believe the man may have been was mixing the white powder with fingernail polish remover, spraying the mixture onto the Damiana leaf and selling it as a synthetic drug.
