Sandra Inman is now charged with murder in the death of her daughter-in-law.
Prosecutors say Inman has been indicted on three new charges.
Up until this point, Inman was only charged with kidnapping in the case.
Her husband and son were the only ones charged with aggravated murder in connection with the March killing of Summer Inman.
Police say Summer Inman was kidnapped outside of a bank in Logan.
Her body was later found in a septic tank in Athens County.
"She disclosed the location of the body. In consideration of that, we charged her with murder and not aggravated murder. We asked her to cooperate more and she has not done that. She was also supposed to plead guilty to some charges and she has not done that," says Hocking County Prosecutor Laina Fetherolf.
Sandra Inman previously pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to the kidnapping charges.
In addition to the new murder charge, Sandra Inman is also now charged with gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
