Pair From The Plains Arrested On Drug Charges

According to Athens County Sheriff Pat Kelly, Angela Downin, 33, and Randy Mayles, 33, both of Bean Road, were arrested on felony charges of trafficking hydrocodone and oxycodone in the presence of a juvenile and in the vicinity of a school.
The arrest is the result of an on-going investigation by the Narcotics Enforcement Team into drug trafficking near the The Plains Elementary School.
