Athens Gas Station Robbery Suspect Indicted On Charges

Athens County Prosecutor Keller Blackburn says Brian Hoffman allegedly entered the Richland Avenue Speedway on Sept. 30 with a knife and demanded cigarettes and money from the cash register.
Blackburn says when police arrested Hoffman, they found three vials of medication that had been stolen from O'Bleness Memorial Hospital.
Hoffman had been seen at the hospital the day before.
Hoffman will be arraigned on Oct. 19.
