Five people are in jail after authorities say they lured victims to a residence near Carbon Hill, beat them and robbed them.

Hocking County Sheriff Lanny North says investigators arrested Peter Winner, 27, and his wife Bobbi Jo Cullison-Winner, 26, of Chauncey, Corey Beck, 24, of Lancaster, Bradley Brooks, 25, and a 17-year-old juvenile both from Doanville.

North says the incident took place on Oct. 12 at a house near State Route 278.

Investigators say the male suspects hid while the female suspects waited in a vehicle with Winner's one-year-old son.

All the adults are charged with robbery, but North says additional charges are likely and charges against the juvenile are expected.

The four adults are being held at the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail on $50,000 bond. The juvenile female is held at a juvenile detention center on probation violation charges.
