A Huntington, West Virginia woman is facing charges after a state trooper with the Chillicothe Post of the State Highway Patrol says he discovered pills and marijuana in her car.

The trooper originally stopped Michelle McIntosh, 25, for a traffic violation on US 23 in Pike County.

Troopers say criminal indicators were observed and a search then revealed 140 alprazolam pills, 50 hydrocodone pills and a small amount of marijuana.

Troopers say McIntosh will face charges of felony possession and trafficking of drugs in the presence of a juvenile.
