Twenty-nine people are in custody in Hocking County after a drug arrest sweep early this morning.
Sheriff Lanny North says the sweep was conducted in conjunction with the Fairfield-Hocking Major crimes unit.
Of the 29 arrested, the majority were from Logan, two were from Laurelville and one was from New Straitsville.
Charges ranged from Trafficking in Drugs to Permitting Drug Abuse.
The sweep started around 6 a.m.
