A 17-year-old has been charged in connection with the shooting of a Clay Township school bus in Scioto County.

The school bus traveling on Wilson Road was shot twice by a BB gun last week.

Sheriff Marty Donini says the driver's side window was hit only causing a minor chip and one of the bus passenger windows was struck causing a crack in the window.

Neither of the two pellets penetrated the windows.

The bus had two passengers aboard at that the time of the incident.
