An Athens man was sentenced to 4 years in prison after pleading guilty to robbing a Richland Avenue gas station in late September.
Brian Hoffman, 25, appeared before today Judge Alan Goldsberry on a felony charge of aggravated robbery.
Hoffman was accused of entering the Speedway on Sept. 30 with a knife, demanding money from the register and cigarettes.
Hoffman was given credit for time already served.
