Last fall, Bobcat fans got an inside look at Ohio University football with the series “Relentless: An Inside Look at Ohio Football.” Starting in February, basketball fans will get an inside look as well with “All In: An Inside Look at Ohio Men’s Basketball.”
“Based on the success of ‘Relentless’ we continue to build our relationship with OU Athletics and provide viewers with unique programming relevant to the region,” said Mark Brewer, WOUB’s chief content officer. “We believe ‘All In’ will provide viewers with entertainment and education that they can’t find from other sources.”
The six-part series will follow men’s basketball through Mid-American Conference play. The show will give fans a comprehensive view of players off the court, the team’s preparation for games and the MAC games.
"We are really excited to provide people a look inside our program,” Coach John Groce said. “This is a unique opportunity for us to showcase Ohio Men's Basketball and we hope our fans will enjoy the journey with us.”
Evan Shaw, OU assistant athletic director of multimedia marketing, is producing the series, which will air on WOUB-TV Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. The show will also be available online at ohiobobcats.com
“We are thrilled to give fans a chance to see a side of Ohio Men’s Basketball they never have,” Shaw said. “’All In’ will take fans from practice at The Convo to the MAC Tournament and hopefully further.”
For additional information about Ohio University sports, viewers can watch the show “Bobcat Sports Showcase” that airs Fridays at 11 p.m. Viewers can find OU sports stories and scores online or by following on Facebook or Twitter.
