Sheriff's deputies in Lancaster say the bank robbery suspect spotted in Athens last week has turned himself in.

Ohio University Police were searching for Billy Caudill near campus Thursday night after he was spotted near Shafer and Union Streets.

Fairfield County sheriff's deputies believed Caudill was armed and dangerous after they say he robbed a bank in Carroll.

Caudill turned himself in to Farifield County deputies on Sunday.

OU students' inboxes and voicemails were flooded with text messages, phone calls, and e-mails Thursday night from the university, after Caudill was reported near campus.

Caudill is accused of robbing People's bank last Wednesday.
