The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fiery crash that killed a Waverly woman early this morning.
Jacqueline Tackett, 43, had been driving southbound on Germany Road in Pike County around 1:20 a.m. when she drove off the left side of the road.
Her car crashed into a tree and caught on fire.
The Pike County Coroner pronounced Tackett dead at the scene.
Beaver Townships and Piketon Fire Departments responded to the fire.
