Ohio University is getting $120,000 from the state to expand its composting system.

The system is the largest of its kind for any college in the country.

And State Representative Debbie Phillips (D-Albany) says OU will get another state grant of $61,000.

That one is for the installation of solar panels on the roof of the university's coal storage facility.
