Lawrence Co. Sheriff Investigating South Point Murder-Suicide

Sheriff Jeff Lawless says his officers responded to the call on County Road 15 around 5:30 Sunday night.
Deputies found Lola Holley, 76, and her husband Dalton Holley, 84, dead in a back bedroom.
Lawless says Dalton Holley shot Lola Holley and then turned the gun on himself. Lawless says Dalton Holley still had the gun in his hand when officers arrived at the home.
The Holley's daughter, who lived with them, had been out running errands when the shooting occurred.
She told officers they had been arguing throughout the day.
