Another top administrator is leaving Ohio University.

President Roderick McDavis announced Friday his chief of staff and special assistant, Becky Watts, is taking a position with the Ohio Board of Regents.

Watts will begin as Associate Vice Chancellor in June.

In an email to faculty and staff, McDavis says Watts has been working on her doctoral degree for the past two years and recently completed her course work.

Watts has been with the office of the president since August 2008.

She is one of as many as 11 deans and top administrators to leave OU since May 2011.
