Fans of Mister Bee Potato Chip Co. don't have to wait much longer to enjoy the company's snacks again.

The Parkersburg company resumed production Monday following a six-month shutdown.

Mister Bee's president Christie Mallett says that the company will begin delivering potato chips to Kroger, Wal-Mart and other stores on Friday.

Mister Bee's filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last November. Since then, the company has restructured and a private investor has provided money for operations.

Mallett says the most of the employees have returned to work. The company employs more than 30 people.

The family-owned company was founded in 1951. It serves customers in West Virginia, southeast Ohio and eastern Kentucky.
