A person close to an Ohio woman whose suicidal husband released dozens of exotic creatures last fall says the five surviving animals will go back to the couple's farm.

Cyndi Huntsman says Marian Thompson intends to keep the animals in Zanesville in eastern Ohio.

Two leopards, two primates and a bear have been held at the Columbus zoo since October under a state-issued quarantine order, which was lifted Monday. It's unclear when Thompson might get the animals.

Huntsman operates Stump Hill Farm near Massillon in northeast Ohio. Her farm has exotic animals, and state officials believed it could be a potential home for Thompson's animals.

A message was left for Thompson's lawyer, Robert McClelland. He told the state's agriculture department that his client has adequate cages for the animals.
