Democratic West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and Republican Bill Maloney will face off again in November.

Each one won their party's nomination on Tuesday, setting up a rematch of last year's close special gubernatorial election. The office is now up for a full four years.

Tomblin defeated Arne Moltis to nab the Democratic nomination.

Maloney bested Republican Ralph William Clark. The Morgantown drilling engineer and business owner lost to Tomblin by less than 7,600 votes in the 2011 special election.

Tomblin has touted recent tax cuts for consumers and businesses. Maloney has campaigned against what he calls special tax deals, arguing that any tax incentives should apply to everyone.
