An Oak Hill man pleaded guilty to a charge of voluntary manslaughter, cancelling his jury trial set for this week.

20-year-old Dakota Dunaway plead guilty Monday.

Dunaway is accused of shooting and killing his older brother, Matthew Dunaway, in June of 2011 at their home.

Dunway's guilty plea came from the prosecution agreeing to recommend a 3-year prison sentence for the first-degree felony.

A date for sentencing has not been set.
