Two dogs are under quarantine in West Virginia following the mauling death of a 2-year-old St. Mary's boy.
West Virginia State Police say the mixed breed dogs attacked and killed the boy Wednesday afternoon.
The child walked over to a neighbor's yard while playing.
The child's father found him behind the neighbor's home.
The dogs are being kept at a veterinarian clinic pending legal proceedings.
