Most customers of American Electric Power who've been without service for most of a week will have their power restored by Friday.
As of Thursday morning about 22,000 AEP customers in a seven-county area south of Athens were without power while other customers north of Athens County continue to see progress in restoration.
Here is a list of AEP outages in the area and the dates service is expected to be restored:

Buckeye Rural is uncertain of when its customers's service will be restored.
As of Thursday morning about 21,000 Buckeye Rural customers were without electricity.
