In Pike County, a car and a truck collide and a woman from Peebles is killed.
The Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says Cassaundra Mootz, 28, failed to yield at a stop light on State Route 32 near Shyville Road when she was turning left.
Mootz's car was hit by a Peterbilt service truck driven by 53-year-old Miles Montgomery of Wellston.
Mootz was pronounced dead at the scene. Montgomery was taken to an area medical facility for possible injuries.
The accident happened Thursday around 7:30 a.m.
