McArthur, OH
The Vinton County Airport is getting some grant money from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) said Monday the $241,200 will go toward rehabilitating the airport's runway.
"Vinton County Airport provides important travel services to McArthur-area small businesses, recreational pilots, flight students, and visitors," Brown said in a news release. "This funding will improve the safety and efficiency of the airport so it can remain a reliable option for the region."
