An accident involving a tanker truck carrying milk has claimed the life of a Beverly, Ohio resident.

Wood County West Virginia Sheriff Jeff Sandy says early Monday morning, 49-year-old Michael Ullum was driving the truck on Interstate 77 when it went over an embankment and hit a tree.
The vehicle flipped over onto the driver's side.
Sandy says Ullum was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident and was ejected from the truck.
Ullum was pronounced dead at the scene by the Wood County Coroner.
