The lazy days of summer come to an end today in Athens.

Ohio University students will begin their fall invasion with the opening of the dormitories.
University leaders have staggered move in times by students' last names alphabetically and according to year in an effort to reduce traffic congestion.
The move-in starts today for first-year students and continues through the weekend.
The residence halls open for all other students on Saturday.
A high volume of traffic is expected.
The first day for classes is Monday.

Road closures on Court Street could contribute to traffic issues during student move in days.
