UPDATE 12:10 P.M. US Route 23 near Rosemount is now open again to traffic following a morning accident involving a state highway patrol trooper.
According to a dispatcher at the Scioto County post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, crews finished accident reconstruction work earlier and the road was open again around noon.
No word yet on the identities of those involved in the accident or the extent of their injuries.
Both lanes of US Route 23 near Rosemount in Scioto County are closed at this hour due to a multi-vehicle accident involving a state highway patrol trooper.
