A 34-year-old Belle Valley man was charged today with murder.
Larry Schoeppner is accused of killing Tracy Kay, of Caldwell.
He is being held under $1 million bond.
Schoeppner was arrested inside Kay's apartment Saturday night.
He is said to be her former boyfriend.
Kay apparently died of gunshot wounds.
