Lancaster Girl Dies From Fall

An 11-year-old Lancaster girl who fell 40 feet from a rock ledge has died.

Lancaster Police Department Captain Dan Patton says Elizabeth Fuller died of her injuries.

Fuller slipped and fell at Mount Pleasant at about 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

She had been hospitalized at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and suffered a broken leg and arm and head trauma in the fall.
