Faith Robins hit .447 over the weekend and Meredith Ashy earned a match-high 25 digs against Miami, earning the Bobcats a sweep of the MAC East weekly awards. Robins claimed the offensive award  and Ashy was awarded the defensive honor for their strong performances over the weekend.

Robins is playing some of the best volleyball of her career in her senior season. She is one of the league leaders in kills and hit a season high 13 kills against rival Miami Friday night. She was one kill shy of a team-high Saturday night with ten against the Falcons on Saturday for senior night. The award is Robins' first conference honor of her career.

Ashy currently ranks third in the MAC in digs and has been a defensive force for the Bobcats all season. She is averaging five digs per set on the year. Along with the 25 digs against Miami, Ashy had 14 against Bowling Green. The award is Ashy's second of the season.

The win against the Falcons put Ohio alone at the top of the MAC standings with four regular conference games left before the MAC Tournament.

Ohio is on the road this weekend with a game against Kent State on Thursday and a trip to Mount Pleasant, MI Saturday to take on the Central Michigan Chippewas.
