An 86-year-old Philo woman is dead after a fatal crash in Zanesville Monday morning.

Zanesville Police Captain Tony Coury says Leonabelle Bobb was a passenger in 45-year-old Betty Foraker's car when it was hit by a cement truck around 7 a.m.

The vehicles collided at the intersection of State Route 719 and Moxahala Avenue.
