An Albany man faces a host of charges for the robberies of a Glouster store and Nelsonville bank.

Authorities arrested Jason Johnson in his home in Haydenville on Wednesday.

Johnson is charged with robbing the Jewell's Carry Out earlier this week.

He's also being charged in connection with the September robbery of the Citizen's Bank in Nelsonville.

Authorities also arrested Anthony Carey and Timothy Orsborne in connection with the Jewell's Carry Out robbery.

Keller Blackburn, the Athens County Prosecutor says it is an example of how agencies can work closely together over county lines.

"Crime Solvers Anonymous was very helpful in this,"  Blackburn said.  "So we received a tip that confirmed the evidence that we had.  It was an anonymous tip, but the anonymous tip matched word for word everything we were able to put together yesterday."

Blackburn said the men committed the robbery of Jewell's Carry Out to buy more drugs.
