Woman Killed In Single-Vehicle Car Crash

A single-vehicle crash on Millersport Road in Fairfield County killed a Pickerington woman Monday evening.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Melanie Krieger, 24, went off the right side of the road and her car hit a tree.

Officers received the call around 6 p.m. that Krieger's car was the only one involved in the crash, and she had no passengers.

Krieger was taken to Fairfield Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
