A company that makes roof support systems for the mining industry is setting up shop in Lawrence County.

Governor John Kasich announced the relocation of Minova USA Incorporated and approval of tax credits for the company.

He says the move to South Point will create 75 fulltime jobs “generating two million dollars and retaining two-point-two million in existing payroll.”

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 45 percent, six year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.
