Three area counties remained under a level-one snow emergency Sunday: Perry, Jackson and Coshocton.
No county in the state was on a higher level.
A level-one snow emergency means roads my still be icy in spots and caution is urged for motorists.
All AEP-Ohio customers had their power restored by the end of the weekend, this after more than 3,000 customers lost electricity at some point during the snow-event.
There is still some snow in the forecast for Monday with a 30 percent chance during the day increasing to a 60 percent chance Monday night.
The high temperature for Monday is expected to be 35 degrees.
