Scioto County Judge Charged With Driving Drunk

A Scioto County judge will appear in court Thursday after police said he was driving drunk
The Ohio Highway Patrol said William T. Marshall, 56, of Wheelersburg, was arrested for a misdemeanor OVI after crashing his car Saturday.
Police said they gave Marshall a breath test and it came back with a blood alcohol level of 0.22.
Marshall was driving on State Route 140 in Jackson County when his car went off the road, hit an embankment, and overturned.
Police said Marshall was not hurt in the single-car crash.
Marshall is a Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge.
