A new study said more West Virginia high school students are graduating in four years.
The U.S. Department of Education study released Tuesday said 78% of the students who graduated in the spring of 2010 earned their diplomas on time. That's up from 77% in the previous school year and the same as the national rate.
West Virginia's dropout rate remained at about 4%. The national rate was 3.4%.
