Youngstown Veteran’s Court: Judge Robert Milich

Judge Milich founded the Youngstown, Ohio Veteran’s Court, which oversees cases of veteran offenders. These courts are designed as a type of mediation for veteran offenders and helps veterans find support programs within their community.
