Two Detroit residents are facing felony drug charges following a traffic stop Tuesday in Scioto County.

Lieutenant Karla Taulbee of the Portsmouth Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says troopers arrested James Crocker, 33 and Dicey Deselle, 21.

Taulbee says they were charged with trafficking and possession of both heroin and cocaine.

Troopers pulled over the car just after 9 p.m. for a traffic violation, searched the car and found two ounces of cocaine and heroin.

Taulbee estimates the drugs combined have a street value of more than $13,000.

Crocker and Deselle are being held in the Scioto County Jail.
