Business and property owners in The Plains met Monday evening to discuss a new traffic change in their area.
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) announced last week that they will barricade Johnson Road at US 33 in early April.
One of the biggest concerns of the expressed at the meeting how the change would impact businesses around the area.
Community members were also concerned that ambulances will have a slower response time to their area.
Many of the members expressed that they would like to see other measures taken before the road is completely blocked off.
The group hopes to meet with ODOT to discuss their concerns and other options.
