It has been a big year for Ohio University and WOUB alumna Allie LaForce. The 2011 graduate joined Doug Gottlieb on CBS Sports Network’s late night show, Lead Off, earlier this year and will join CBS and Turner’s Announcing lineup for the NCAA tournament. LaForce will report alongside analysts Ian Eagle and Jim Spanarkel for the rounds of 64 and 32.

LaForce started her career in Cleveland at WJW Fox 8 upon her graduation from Ohio University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude journalism from Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College. The Vermillion, Ohio, native has also worked as a color analyst, sideline reporter and studio host for Sports Time Ohio, covering the Mid-American Conference and both high school football and basketball championships. During her time at WOUB, LaForce worked as a reporter for Gridiron Glory and was the host of Bobcat Blitz, WOUB’s former coaches show with Ohio head coach Frank Solich.
