Minor Earthquake Reported In Gallia County

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting a 2.5 magnitude earthquake in Gallia County.
The agency reported the quake at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday. They say the epicenter is 9 miles south of Gallipolis along Cargo Road. That's in the Crown City area.
The quake was reported at a depth of 9.3 miles.
