Moundsville Sanitation Worker Killed In Accident

Authorities are investigating the death of a Moundsville city sanitation worker who was hit by a falling tree limb.
Moundsville police tell media outlets that a garbage truck brushed the limb, causing it to break loose and hit the worker. He suffered head injuries and was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
Police say the limb had been damaged by recent storms.
The worker wasn't identified.
The accident occurred Friday.
