For the fourth time in less than a week, the Meigs County Sheriff's Department has made a meth-related bust.
The latest happened Monday night with the arrest of Mark Parsons, 51, of Racine, Ohio, on a felony charge of manufacturing meth.
Deputies say they caught Parsons with both a meth lab and chemicals used in the making of meth.
Deputies on the scene were assisted by the Middleport Police Department, the Racine Fire Department, and the Meigs County EMS.
