Four Arrested In Two Separate Traffic Stops

A pair of traffic stops in Scioto County, Ohio on Friday night led to the arrest of four men on drug charges.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, troopers found 15 grams of black tar heroin inside an SUV during a traffic stop about 6:45 p.m. on U.S. Route 23 near Lucasville. They arrested Calvin D. Spencer, 47, of Grove City, Ohio and Wiliam D. Clevenger III, 33, of McDermott, Ohio and charged both with felony heroin possession.

In a separate traffic stop about 9 p.m. on U.S. Route 23, troopers reported finding a pound and a half of marijuana in a bag inside the car. They arrested Von A. Hayes, 24, and Patrick A. Spencer Jr., both of Columbus, and charged both men with felony marijuana possession.
