Members of the Vinton County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force arrested a McArthur resident Sunday on a meth making charge, according to Sheriff Shawn Justice.

Sheriff Justice says Paul A. Rose, 40, was arrested following a traffic stop in parking lot of store in McArthur.

Justice says deputies found meth making materials in Rose’s car.

Rose was charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals to manufacture meth.

Justice say Rose was arrested following an extensive investigation by deputies.

Rose is being held in Southeastern Ohio Regional jail.
