Police Capture Suspect In Child Abduction Case

Gahanna Police say the suspect in the abduction of a five-year old girl is in police custody.
According to a news release the suspect was captured around 5 p.m.
Investigators said they believed the girl was abducted by her biological father, Nicholas Barnhart, 32.
The department issued a statewide Amber Alert for Ella Barnhart Monday afternoon after police said she was taken from her home in the Vista apartment complex in Gahanna.
Barnhart was believed to be traveling back to North Carolina with Ella.
