The parents of a pregnant 13-year-old girl with autism have been arrested by Putnam County, West Virginia Sheriff's Deputies.

WSAZ reports Wendell and Geneva Rose have both been charged with child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury.

This comes after 28-year-old Justin Vance was arrested and charged last week. Deputies say he had sex with the girl and impregnated her.

Vance and the girl met at Special Olympics. According to the criminal complaint, the girl began to refer to Vance as her boyfriend.

The Rose's told deputies they allowed him to move in in exchange for help with the bills and chores around the house.

Deputies say the couple heard their daughter refer to Vance as her boyfriend several times and that they found Vance sleeping on the couch with the girl.
